What size should I order?

We understand that all of our beautiful customers are different shapes and sizes, and sometimes it is difficult to shop online because you are worried about sizing. We have a sizing guide to help you decide which size would be best for you.

When will my order ship?

As on online boutique we curate some of the hottest products from around the globe but that also means we deal with multiple designers and manufacturers for our products. This allows us to bring you a larger selection of items but it also means that some items may ship separately depending on the designer. All items will include the estimated shipping dates during the time you place your order. Please see our shipping information section for more details or contact Customer Care if you are still unsure about shipping for your specific order at customercare@bogoboutique.us. Please provide your name, the order number and the item description in the email. 

Do you accept Returns?

We accept returns for full refunds within 30 days of your delivery date for unworn items, items ordered in the wrong size or items found with any defects at delivery. We always aim to please our customers and are ready to help with your returns. Our goal is always to make our customers happy with every purchase. Return shipping costs will be your responsibility and we will issue refunds once items are returned.  Once the delivery is returned by mail, your return will typically be processed within 7 business days depending on your bank or method of payment.
